On International Women's Day, we're celebrating women all over the world! One of those women is Joyeuse, a Kiva borrower. She's a Jibu water franchise owner in Rwanda, and her Kiva loan completely changed her business, her community and her life!

Jeremy grew up in Oakland, CA. His passion is telling stories and providing voice and opportunities to underserved and underrepresented communities. He has taught English in the Marshall Islands and video production to youth in Baltimore, Haiti, and Rwanda. More recently he has worked as a Video Editor and Associate Producer at Not In Our Town (NIOT), a non-profit dedicated to combating hate and intolerance. He has also produced radio stories for KALW, a local NPR affiliate based in San Francisco. He is thrilled to become a Kiva Media Fellow and looks forward to capturing the stories of Kiva’s borrowers and the impact of the organization.
